‘Chris Pritchett – Architect’ was established in 2004 in the Bayside area of Wynnum. From servicing the Bayside areas the practice has now expanded and now serves all areas of Queensland including areas such as Winton, Longreach, Emerald, Roma, Toowoomba to name a few.

A second office has recently been established on the Sunshine Coast.
The practice has an emphasis on being quick and efficient and all projects are designed, drawn and supervised by the same person allowing a purer less fragmented architecture to prevail, resulting in greater client satisfaction. This allows centralised personal responsibility and control for each job, at each stage of the project, and in every detail.
